What do you want in an insurance agent? High integrity, helpful, responsive. Mike is all of those things. I've known Mike for more than a decade. I've found his advice sound, prices fair and his service after the sale unbelievably good. Seems like once a year, around tax season, I'll need to call him out of the blue and get some tax information. Boom! He's got it. More recently, I got into a fender bender, and needed a quick answer to how you handle the incident on the road (police, no police?). He answered his cell after hours, and gave me everything I'd need to handle the claim aspect simply and get us on down the road without further inconvenience. I think a lot of commercials focus on the sale, which makes sense, but I can attest to more than that with Mike and Farmers. To borrow a phrase from New York Life, they are company you keep.

Outstanding! We found quality customer service with the Chafin Insurance group and Farmers Insurance! Simply put... The entire staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Admin/receptionist, Lorie is just great and so very helpful, Austin and Mike are Wonderful! Everytime my husband and I call with questions about our auto, homeowners and trailer insurance the staff are just so great! We appreciate and are grateful for them all.
The farmers website is very user friendly and a good tool. We highly recommend Farmers insurance and Mike Chafin Insurance for quality and its a great value also!
